To edit the card or date attached to scheduled or recurring payments, follow the steps as listed below:

  1. Login to the platform
  2. Select Transactions History in the left hand menu.
  3. Select Future Transactions.
  4. Next, find the payment (not the processing fee of the payment) that you are wanting to edit and select the Actions cog on the far right hand side of your screen and select Details.
    • To change the card attached to the payment, select Change Card on the far right hand side of the Transaction Details section.
    • To change the date attached to the payment, select the Processing Date field under the Processing Details section. Proceed to enter the amended date.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Save.
  6. Select Send SMS Code.
  7. Enter the SMS code and select Save Changes.


To edit the amount of scheduled or recurring payments, follow the steps as listed below:

  1. Login to the platform
  2. Select Payments History in the left hand menu.
  3. Select Future Payments.
  4. Next, find the payment that you are wanting to edit and select the Actions cog on the far right hand side of your screen and select Details.
  5. To change the amount attached to the payment, select the Payment Amount field under the Payment Details section. Proceed to enter the amended payment amount.
  6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Save.
  7. Select whether you want to amend This payment only or This payment and all future payments (all payments associated with that payment).
  8. Select Save.
  9. Select Send SMS Code.
  10. Enter the SMS code and select Save Changes.
  11. Select Update Now.
