Although rare, there are a few reasons why your payment may be placed on hold. These include:
- A payment has been made to a payee in a prohibited industry.
- A payment has been made to a business with cross directorship.
- Banned payment type.
- If the payees ABN has been cancelled.
- Requested by an authorised user of the account.
Typically, all we need is documentation (e.g. Invoice) for the payment and then it can be released to your payee.
