Payment processing timelines vary based on the chosen payment method and the time of processing. To ensure that your payments are received on time, it is crucial to adhere to the timelines and be aware of specific processing details.


Processing Time Guidelines


To ensure timely payments, it is advised to initiate payment processing at least 2 business days before the due date. Payments processed by 6pm Sydney time on any business day adhere to the following timelines:


  • Credit Card: 1 to 2 business days
  • Bank Transfer: Up to 1 business day (after funds are received by us)
  • Bank Transfer (Pay off Amex via PayID): Within 1 minute of funds being received by us


Note on After-Hours Processing


Payments authorised after business hours (past 6pm Sydney time on weekdays and during weekends) will be processed on the following business day. As such, payments authorised and processed after 6pm on Friday will be pushed out on the following Monday afternoon, with the funds expected to be received on Monday evening.


Remittance Advice Email


Once a payment has been successfully forwarded to the recipient, an automated remittance advice email will be sent to both you and the payee. This email notification is contingent upon selecting "Yes" within the "Send Email" field during the payment creation process.
