To delete a user, follow the steps as listed below:
- Login to the platform.
- Select Users in the left hand menu.
- Next, find the user that you are wanting to delete and select the Actions cog on the far right hand side of your screen (next to the user's mobile phone number).
- Select Delete.
- Proceed to confirm that you want this user deleted by selecting Delete in the pop up confirmation box.
