To change your linked Reward Program, follow the steps as listed below:
- Login to the platform.
- Select Account in the left hand menu.
- From the drop down options, select Reward Program.
- Select Disconnect in the top right corner.
- Select the preferred Reward Program:
- Qantas Business Rewards – if you already have a Qantas Business Rewards account it will automatically be linked. If not, you will automatically be prompted to create one for free.
- Velocity Frequent Flyer – enter your membership number, first name and last name.
- Continue as prompted.
