Trying to add a card but don’t have a statement? If you have just received a new card you may yet to have receive a statement. This is fine! In lieu of a statement we can accept other items, however they must display the last 3 digits of your card number and the card holder's name, these may include:
- A screenshot from your card providers internet/mobile app that displays your name and at least the last 3 digits of your card number.
- Proof of issuance, displaying your name and at least the last 3 digits of the card number.
For American Express card holders, refer to the steps provided in the I Don’t Have a Card Statement (American Express) article.
For Crypto.com VISA card holders, follows the steps as listed below:
- Login to the Crypto.com app.
- Navigate to the Card page (found in the bottom right hand corner of the app).
- Click the card icon in the top right hand corner of the screen. This page displays the last 4 digits of the card number and the selected currency of the card (must be AUD)
- Take a screenshot of the page.
- Upload the file within our portal.
As part of using the platform, we require you to verify that you have a valid card and that the last 3 digits of the card match those that have been uploaded within the platform.
